Product Description

 

This product is specially designed for the thickening of low-concentration pulp in the magnetic separation process to increase the concentration. It is mainly used for the concentration of coarse-grained minerals after high-frequency screen, which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the two-stage mill and reduce the production cost. 

 

 

1. The magnetic system adopts large wrap angle design, the separation area is doubled, and the recovery rate of ore powder can be as high as 99.5%.

2. On the discharge side, the scraper is used to discharge the minerals for effective dewatering, and the concentration of concentrate is more than 68%.

3. The tailing grade is low, and the tailing can be discarded directly while thickening.
