Applicable Scope:

1.The magnetic circuit is designed by computer simulation, and the magnetic field distribution is scientific and reasonable.
2.The periphery of the coil is all wrapped with iron armor, which improves the utilization rate of magnetic energy, increases the magnetic field strength of the sorting area by more than 8%, and the background field strength reaches more than 0.6T.
3.The excitation coil shell adopts a fully sealed structure, which is moisture-proof, dust-proof and corrosion-proof, and can work in harsh environments.
4.Using oil-water composite cooling method, the excitation coil heats quickly, the temperature rise is low, and the magnetic field heat attenuation is small.
5.The magnetic medium with special materials and different structures is adopted, the magnetic field gradient is large, and the iron removal effect is good.
6.Using vibration mode to carry out the process of removing iron and discharging iron, and it is not easy to block the material.
7.The material blocking structure is set in the distribution box to solve the leakage of material around the flap and make the iron removal clean.
