The magnetic minerals in it are magnetically adsorbed on the surface of the sorting cylinder after magnetization, and are transported to the front unloading area by the rotating sorting cylinder. Under the washing action of the rinsing water, the tailing sludge is removed from it, and finally in the washing water. Or discharged into the concentrate box under the action of the discharge scraper to become the concentrate;The non-magnetic minerals are not affected by the magnetic force and enter the bottom box of the sorting tank along with the ore stream. The difference in size and density of mineral particles is used in the bottom box to make heavy and coarse particles sink to the bottom of the trough and discharged from the tailing mouth to become tailings.The light and fine sludge is discharged through the overflow device to realize the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials, and the magnetic material contains less sludge, and the heavy, coarse particles and light and fine particles in the tailings are separated.
1.The magnetic wrap angle is 160°, which is greater than the 127° of the ordinary downstream magnetic separator. It enhances the magnetic field strength of the sweeping area, the multi-pole structure of the selection area, the lengthening of the selection area, the increase of the number of magnetic tumbling, and the improvement of the concentrate grade.
2.With the basic characteristics of a magnetic separator, it can achieve a large processing capacity of materials. The large diameter series can reach more than 200t/h, which is far greater than the processing capacity of the magnetic gravity separation equipment.
3.The desliming and concentrator processing mineral concentration is about 30%, and the water consumption per ton of ore processing is 1/2-1/3 of the magnetic gravity separation equipment, which greatly saves the water consumption of the processing plant.
4.Compared with the magnetic heavy sorting equipment, the volume is compact and the installation is convenient.
5.The equipment is used for rough separation after primary milling, concentration before secondary milling and filtration, desliming before screening, final selection of minerals, and selection and concentration before reverse flotation. It has a wide range of applications.
6.The discharging section of the tank body is equipped with a multi-stage rinsing and flushing device. The concentrate is rinsed and sludged before the concentrate is discharged, which can increase the iron grade by more than 2-3%.
