Vertical Ring High Gradient Magnetic Separator Magnetic Separator for Quartz Sand

Application

It can be used in wet processing of  -1.2 mm (30~100% passing -200 mesh) fine grained red ore (hematite), limonite, man- ganese ore, ilmenite and other kinds of weakly magnetic minerals, and non-metallic minerals, such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, kaolin for removing of iron impurity and purification.

Advantages:

1.Low temperature rise of the coils (<25ºC), ensures less than 3% magnetic field decrement after longtime work in hot state.
2. No cooling water consumption.
Major Technical Parameters:

In principle, the m odel selection of equipm ent is subject to the am ount of m ineral slurry. W hen separating m inerals using this kind of equipm ent, the slurry concentration has certain influence on the m ineral processing index. To get better m ineral processing index, please reduce the slurry concentration properly. If the ratio of m agnetic m aterials in the m ineral feed is slightly high, the processing capacity w ill be lim ited to the total catching am ount of m agnetic m aterials by m agnetic m atrix. In this case, the feed concentration should be reduced appropriately.
