Technology features:
1.The permanent magnet roller designed with the latest rare earth permanent magnet material neodymium iron boron to ensure a high magnetic field strength and ensure that the demagnetization rate does not exceed 5% within eight years.
2.Maximize the magnetic lines of force outside the roller through which the material passes, forming a working area with a high surface magnetic field and a high magnetic field gradient, which has a strong attraction for magnetic materials.
3.Suitable for use in various harsh environments except high temperature.
4.The magnetic system design uses a multi-pole structure, increase the number of magnetic inversions, reduce the width of magnetic inversions, increase the frequency of magnetic inversions, conducive to the discharge of impurities in the steel slag, and improve the quality of the sorting material.
5.Simple operation, the sealed package magnetic system to make the working life longer.
6.The equipment can be connected to the production line for continuous operation, and the position of the magnetic system can be adjusted, so that the magnetic system can work effectively and smoothly discharge slag.
7.The surface of the drum is made of ultra-high polymer wear-resistant material protection layer. Replaceable wear-resistant lining board is used in the place where the box is easy to wear.
