HMB series pulse bag filter

   The dust-containing gas enters under the gravitational force of the induced draft fan, and after being evenly dispersed by the deflector, the dust is adhered to the surface of the filter element, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the filter element.The dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter element is cleaned by the electromagnetic pulse valve in turn, and the dust is discharged through the discharge valve at the lower end of the dust collector.

 

Technical Features

1.The combination of airflow is reasonable, adopting downstream airflow and downstream filtering, so that the dust has the effect of cohesion and sedimentation at the same time in the filtering state, reducing the load of the filter bag and the pulse frequency.
2.The mouth of the filter bag is sealed with an elastic expansion ring, which has good tightness and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. The frame is welded by resistance, and the outer surface is smooth without welding marks, which solves the abrasion of the filter bag and the frame, and has a long service life.
3.Filter materials with different performance and specifications are selected according to the working conditions, with stable running resistance, low energy consumption, and dust removal efficiency greater than 99.9%.
