Technical Features

1. The magnetic system is designed to multi magnetic poles, large wrap angle (up to 200-260 degrees) and high field strength (3000-6000Gs), and its structure can be changed according to the mineral properties to achieve a reasonable mineral processing indicators.
2. The drum shell adopts non-metallic materials and is with magnetic stirring device in order to improve the concentrate grade.

Application

This product is a kind of air force dry magnetic separator for powdery minerals, which is concentration equipment to process fine-grained dry material. It is applicable to magnetite beneficiation in the drought or cold areas and also iron recycling of fine particle steel slag produced in the iron or steel making process.
