Product Description

It is suitable for places with high requirements for iron removal such as coal transportation ports, large thermal power plants, and coal mines.Used to hang above the large conveyor belt, it can effectively remove the small iron parts such as the detonator gun line in the coal, play an important role in removing the miscellaneous iron and improving the quality of the material. It can be used in harsh environments with severe dust, humidity, and salt spray corrosion. In normal operation, the magnetic field strength is divided into seven specifications: 900Gs, 1200Gs, 1500Gs, 1750Gs, 2000Gs, 2250Gs, and 2500Gs.
 

Technical Features:

1.The forced oil circulating cooling technology of large and medium-sized transformers widely used at home and abroad has extremely low temperature rise (≤50ºC), and the cooling technology is mature, safe and reliable.
2.The iron core is made of oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetic induction. The magnetic permeability is much higher than that of ordinary pure iron materials, which greatly reduces the hysteresis loss and improves the stability of the total magnetic field.

3.The magnetic circuit of the iron separator is short, the magnetic loss is small, the magnetic field gradient is large, the iron removal ability is strong, and the iron removal rate is high.
4.The iron separator is light in weight, compact in structure, and excellent in heat dissipation.
5.The excitation coil adopts advanced dipping paint curing technology and is completely immersed in transformer oil. It has excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion performance, which greatly improves the service life of the coil.
6.The excitation coil is made of three-dimensional winding, with large heat dissipation area, unobstructed and reasonable oil circuit, and extremely low temperature rise (≤50ºC).
