Jctn Series Drum Permanent magnetic separator for metallic ores
Applicable Scope:
It is used to upgradethe iron concentrate for the washing-plant or the beneficiation plant with3%-9% Fe% upgradation.
Usage :
sorting and desliming of graded overflow products after primary grinding; mineral concentration before secondary grinding and filtration; desliming of magnetite before entering fine sieve screening and desliming before reverse flotation; It is the ultimate selection of magnetite.
Technical Features:
1.Adopt the pipe-feeding device and over-flowsystem to feed the material evenly.
2.with 200~270° magnetic element and themulti-pole design to achieve the ideal
beneficiationindicator,the magnetic element structure can be designed accordingly.
3.magnetic blending system inside the tank.
4.downstream feeding ,counter-rotation drumand sufficiency multi-stage washing water.
5.Two stage discharging system with PUscraper.
6.Frequencycontrol driving system.
