Dry Quartz-Processing Equipment
Application
This machine is specially designed for quartz-making field for glass industry. It is composed of mill, sieve (for different size product), coarse material-returning system and dust collect system. You can get the different products form different sieve with size 60-120 mesh for glass industry. The size for powder material coming from dust collector is about 300mesh, which you can use for other business.
Technical Features
1. The main cylinder of Dry Quartz-Processing Equipment has reasonable length to diameter ratio, silica lining board is pasted on the inner wall, and sand production process isn't polluted by iron.
2. High quality alloy steel is used for supporting rollers and ldlers to realize rotation and reasonable heat treatment is carried out to ensure wear resistance and small deformation, so as to make the complete machine is stable and durable.
3. According to the customer's' requirements, several groups of grading screens with different sizes can be made and designed. To achieve the high efficiency requirements of one-time feeding and production of various products.
4. The system is equipped with high-efficiency Pulse Dust Collector, The dust generating equipment is smoothly connected by using the connecting pipe. There is no dust overflow in the production process and the environment is protected.
5. The whole set of equipment has simple and reasonable structure, easy to operation, small failure rate and convenient maintenance.
